1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any services provided by wingiler, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the wingiler platform immediately.

wingiler reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. It is the member's responsibility to check this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the current terms in force.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use wingiler services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register only one personal account in your own name — multiple account ownership is not permitted.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process.
• Not be domiciled in any territory or country that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Act for your own benefit only, not as a representative or agent of a third party.

wingiler reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the above requirements. Failure to comply with this request may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

wingiler supports several payment methods that are popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the payment method chosen and account verification.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. wingiler does not accept payments from third parties. Any attempt to transfer funds through another person's account will result in the request being rejected and the account may be suspended for investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by wingiler are subject to the wagering requirements and policies specified. The wingiler welcome bonus gives 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000.

• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220. The wagering amount required is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Another example: A deposit of RM1,800 generates a bonus of RM1,000 (maximum cap), bringing the account balance to RM2,800. The wagering amount required is RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.
• The bonus can only be used once per new member.
• wingiler reserves the right to withdraw any bonus given if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

Other promotional offers such as VIP cashback, special rewards and seasonal offers each have their own specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are encouraged to read the conditions of each offer carefully before participating.

5. Member Responsibilities and Conduct

Each wingiler member agrees to:

• Wager using their own funds obtained through lawful means.
• Not use automated software, bots or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not work with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Not distribute offensive, defamatory or unlawful content through the wingiler platform.
• Not access the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent applicable geographical restrictions.
• Notify wingiler promptly if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.

Violation of any of the above conditions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the wingiler platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of wingiler or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, modify, sell or exploit any part of this platform's content for any commercial or public purpose without prior written permission from wingiler.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

wingiler is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of gambling activity on this platform. Gambling carries risk, and each member understands and accepts that money wagered may be lost entirely.

The wingiler platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Although we work to ensure the service functions well at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free of errors, or able to meet the specific needs of every member at all times.

wingiler will not be held responsible for any service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or directives from authorities.

8. Account Closure and Termination

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the wingiler customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy in force.

wingiler reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing jurisdiction in which wingiler operates. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body recognised by wingiler's licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
